Devanning Palletised Shipping Containers
At Blue30, we specialize in container unloading and devanning services at our strategically located warehouse, just 12 miles from London Gateway Port. While the majority of the containers we handle are loose-loaded, we also manage a significant amount of palletized goods. These are typically finished products that don’t require reworking or sortation during the devanning process. We simply unload the pallets and either store them or prepare them for delivery as per our customers' instructions.

Thanks to our comprehensive transport services, we offer flexible delivery options. Customers can choose to have the full load delivered in one shipment or opt for a "drip feed" delivery. This is especially beneficial for pallet deliveries, allowing customers to receive smaller batches of pallets, which can help maintain stock levels as they deplete at their premises.
Devanning Loose Loaded Shipping Containers
At Blue30, located near London Gateway, we specialize in container unloading and devanning services for eCommerce brands. Most of the shipping containers we handle at our warehouse arrive with loose-loaded goods, where the supplier at origin fills the container with boxes. Our team carefully unpacks these boxes (often referred to as "handballing") as they are unloaded from the container.

Working from your packing list, we identify the product code, SKU number, and product type, then sort and palletize the goods in an organized manner. The pallets are wrapped, labelled if necessary, and can either be transferred to storage or we can arrange onward delivery to your specified destination or into Amazon FBA Fulfilment Centres.
