The Complete FBA Prep Process.
1. Receiving and Inspection: You get your stock shipped to our address directly from your suppliers and enter the order onto our system. Our Blue30 inbound team then receives your inventory and thoroughly inspects each item for any damage or discrepancies.

If any issues are found, you will be notified and provided with photographic evidence. This step ensures that your supplier has shipped the correct quantity and that only high quality, correct products are sent to Amazon, reducing the risk of returns or negative customer feedback.
2. Shipment Creation and FBA Prep: You provide us with your shipment requirements, our team creates the shipment within Seller Central using our Amazon Partner account. We allocate the required units to the shipment and begin preparing your products.

Each unit is correctly labelled with an FNSKU where required. Products requiring additional protection, such as liquids, fragile items or products within specific categories, are polybagged or bubble wrapped.

3. Shipment Boxing: Your inventory is then packed into cartons that meet Amazon's requirements. Every unit is scanned into its allocated carton using our 2D barcode verification system, providing full accuracy throughout the process
Once complete, we apply the required 2D box labels and Amazon shipping labels, ensuring your shipment is ready for delivery to the fulfilment centre.
4. Shipping to Amazon FCs: We assess the most cost effective method of delivering your goods to Amazon fulfilment centres, whether through Small Parcel Delivery (SPD), Less Than Truckload (LTL), or Full Truckload (FTL).

Once the best shipping option has been selected, we arrange the collection and dispatch your goods to Amazon. You will then receive a notification confirming your shipment, along with a full shipment breakdown.
