How it works
Blue30Teams holds an extensive pipeline of candidates in the Philippines who have put forth their interest in being up- skilled in Amazon FBA. Our hiring team will cherry pick the best candidates suited to your specification, performing in depth background checks to make sure the process is handled as smooth as possible.
Now attention is turned towards the interview stage. Blue30Teams will hold 5 interviews with the top performing candidates we have identified. The interview consists of a complex personality questionnaire as well as behavioural competency based questions. If successful, the best performing candidate will reach our bootcamp stage.
It's now time for our team to initiate the training for the members of our bootcamp. Members of the bootcamp are trained on a range of activities including: in depth sourcing skills, admin tasks, communication etiquette, purchasing activities, expectations as well as the bespoke training requested by the client.

You should expect a based fixed fee for the recruitment + an expected monthly wage you must pay the employee.
What is the contract minimum term for my employee?
Your VA will be hired on a contractor basis, you will have complete flexibility on the terms of employment.
What sourcing parameters do you train your recruits with?
We implement criteria of: £2.50 minimum profit, 30% ROI, minimum 10 sales. We actively encourage our clients for training to continue into employment, and will provide a roadmap to further facilitate this.
Do the VAs have prior experience
Yes we hire experienced VA that have knowledge or have worked as full time Amazon VAs. We interview all candidates and base our training around their experience.
What happens if my VA leaves?
If your VA leaves within 1 month, we will hire a new employee completely free. If your VA leaves between 1 - 3 months, we can hire a new VA for 1/2 the price. If your VA leaves after 3 months, we will hire a new VA for 3/4 of the price.
Should I continue to train the VA after hiring?
Our best example here would be: if you started a new role at a company and they only gave you one week of intensive training, you would certainly hope for more. We recommend all our clients to continually train their team to get the best performance from them.
Do I need to pay the first month pay?
Yes, you will take charge of paying your employee for their first months pay. Usually paid in 2 bi-weekly installments as per the culture.
